Hey Rockstars!

I'm excited to share some updates on our upcoming tabletop roleplaying game, Legends of Rock: Music, Mayhem, & Monsters! We've been hard at work refining our game mechanics, and I'm thrilled to announce that we're transitioning from the GROK?! Game Mechanics by Lester Burton to our own custom system: Chaos10 Game System.

Why Chaos10?

While it's still in its early development stage, Chaos10 is set to be a versatile and adaptable game system that allows for dynamic gameplay and narrative-driven storytelling. With its core mechanics focusing on the use of a single d10, and a Chaos Die that introduces unpredictability and excitement, Chaos10 aligns perfectly with the themes of Legends of Rock. It gives players the flexibility to create diverse characters with their own musical abilities and personalities while also providing a framework for epic adventures and rock 'n' roll mayhem.

What to Expect

With the transition to Chaos10, players can look forward to a more streamlined and immersive gameplay experience. The new system will enhance character customization, allowing players to fully explore the rockstar fantasy and unleash their musical talents in epic battles against monsters and otherworldly foes. Additionally, the Chaos Die mechanic will introduce even more chaos and excitement into the game, creating memorable moments and unexpected twists in every session.

Upcoming Features

As soon as playtesting and adjustment to Chaos10 are done, we will be updating our rulebook to reflect the changes to the game system. This includes revising character creation rules, combat mechanics, Harmonics, and more to align with Chaos10. We'll also be introducing new content, such as expanded lore, and additional character options.
